- Introduction Welcome to Easy Units! Our mobile application allows you to convert various units of measurement with ease. By accessing or using the Easy Units app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms").
- Description of Service Easy Units provides a unit conversion service. Users can convert a wide range of units of measurement. The app also offers a premium feature which allows users to save pairs of units in favorites for quick access.
- Subscription Terms We offer two types of subscriptions: Monthly and Annual. The Annual Subscription includes a 7-day free trial. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings in the App Store after purchase.
- Intellectual Property Rights All intellectual property rights in and to the app, including but not limited to design, text, graphics, and the selection and arrangement thereof are owned by, or licensed to, Easy Units.
- Limitation of Liability Easy Units will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the app.
- Changes to Terms of Use We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the app. Your continued use of the app following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
- Termination We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.
- Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Armenia , without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
